1. Introduction

As a Section 8 Company established under the laws of India, our organization exists solely to advance charitable, educational, humanitarian, environmental, cultural, and community welfare initiatives for the benefit of society.
This Code of Ethics establishes the principles, values, and standards of conduct expected from every individual associated with Ojeev Foundation, including Directors, Trustees, Advisors, Employees, Volunteers, Interns, Consultants, Donors, Partners, Contractors, Vendors, and any other representatives acting on behalf of the Foundation.
The purpose of this Code is to promote ethical decision-making, responsible governance, lawful conduct, fairness, and public trust while ensuring that every activity undertaken by the Foundation aligns with its mission and values.
All individuals associated with Ojeev Foundation are expected to understand, respect, and comply with this Code of Ethics.
