7. Refund Policy

Donations made to Ojeev Foundation are generally non-refundable because they are utilized for charitable activities.

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional situations including:

• Duplicate payment

• Incorrect transaction amount caused by payment gateway error

Refund requests should normally be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction along with sufficient supporting details. Approval of refunds remains at the sole discretion of Ojeev Foundation after verification.

8. Volunteer Participation

Individuals participating as volunteers agree to:
