1. Introduction

Ojeev Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "our", or "us") is a registered Section 8 Company committed to creating sustainable social impact through transparent, ethical, and accountable development initiatives. This CSR Partnership Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy or any CSR partnership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By entering into a CSR partnership with Ojeev Foundation, the partnering organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to comply with this CSR Partnership Policy and all applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and ethical standards governing the partnership.
