Cancellation does not affect donations already processed.

17. Donation Refund Policy

Ojeev Foundation follows a strict but fair refund policy.

General Rule

All donations are considered voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:

• duplicate transactions,
• accidental multiple payments,
• technical payment gateway errors,
• incorrect transaction amount caused by a verified system issue.

Refund requests must normally be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and should include:

• donor name,
• registered email,
• transaction ID,
• payment receipt,
• reason for the refund request.

Each request will be reviewed individually. Approval of a refund is entirely at the discretion of Ojeev Foundation after verification.

If approved, refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

18. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount is debited from the donor's account:

• donors should first contact their bank or payment provider,
• if the transaction is successfully received by Ojeev Foundation, an official receipt will be issued,
• if the payment was not received by the Foundation, the refund process will be governed by the respective payment provider or bank.

19. Fraud Prevention

The Foundation reserves the right to:

• verify suspicious transactions,
• request identity verification,
• refuse donations suspected to involve fraud,
• report fraudulent activity to competent authorities,
• block transactions that violate applicable laws.
