4. Nature of Donations

A donation made to Ojeev Foundation is considered a voluntary contribution intended to support charitable and social welfare activities.

Unless otherwise stated, donations are not purchases of goods or services and therefore are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund.

5. Non-Refundable Donations

As a general rule:

All donations made to Ojeev Foundation are final and non-refundable.

Once a donation has been successfully processed, the funds may be immediately allocated toward charitable programs, operational expenses, beneficiary support, healthcare initiatives, educational projects, environmental campaigns, temple restoration activities, heritage conservation, animal welfare, women’s empowerment programs, elderly support, disaster relief, or other approved charitable purposes.

For this reason, donations cannot ordinarily be cancelled after successful processing.

6. Exceptions to the Non-Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Multiple accidental transactions
  • Incorrect donation amount entered due to a technical mistake
  • Unauthorized transaction verified by the payment provider
  • Technical failure resulting in multiple successful deductions
  • Payment gateway processing error
  • Transaction mistakenly completed due to system malfunction

Approval of any refund request remains solely at the discretion of Ojeev Foundation after verification.

7. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted

Refunds shall generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after donating
  • Dissatisfaction with charitable outcomes
  • Delay in project completion
  • Completion of projects different from donor expectations
  • Donor’s financial circumstances after donation
  • Incorrect assumptions regarding tax benefits
  • Donations made voluntarily without coercion
  • Anonymous donations where ownership cannot be verified
  • Cash donations already acknowledged
  • Donations already utilized for charitable activities

8. Duplicate Transactions

If your account has been charged multiple times for the same donation because of a payment gateway error or technical issue, please notify us immediately.

After verification:

  • The duplicate amount may be refunded, or
  • The donor may choose to convert the duplicate amount into an additional donation.

Verification may require payment receipts, transaction IDs, bank statements, or gateway references.

9. Incorrect Donation Amount

If a donor accidentally contributes an incorrect amount due to a genuine typing error, Ojeev Foundation may review the request.

The Foundation may request supporting evidence before taking any decision.

Approval is entirely discretionary.

10. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your card, bank account, or digital wallet has been used without authorization:

  1. Immediately contact your bank or card issuer.
  2. Block the affected payment method.
  3. Inform Ojeev Foundation with complete transaction details.

The Foundation will cooperate with payment providers during investigation but cannot guarantee refunds until the investigation is completed.

11. Refund Request Time Limit

Refund requests should normally be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the transaction.

Donors are responsible for understanding the tax implications of their donations.

Ojeev Foundation does not provide tax or legal advice.

23. Fraud Prevention

The Foundation reserves the right to:

  • Reject suspicious transactions
